The Nevada County Association of REALTORS® is committed to creating a sense of community both within our membership and throughout our local Nevada County region.
The Nevada County Association of REALTORS® members dedicate their time and efforts to make the Nevada County a quality place to live, work and enjoy. Collaborating with our local community groups, non-profits, residents, and community leaders, NCAR members have helped make Nevada County a wonderful home to many.
Each year, local REALTOR® and Affiliate members reach out to the community by participating in enhancement projects, fundraisers and family-oriented events as well as interacting with individuals and families each day to help them achieve the dream of home ownership.
NCAR Community Goals
Broaden our community presence by:
• Continuing to identify new business and community group partnerships where the Nevada County REALTORS® can make a difference and enhance the lives of our residents in Nevada County;
• Giving back to organizations and causes aligned with promoting homeownership and property rights and;
• Developing relationships which allow us to better educate consumers about the importance of using a REALTOR®.

NEO Youth Center
NEO strives to empower youth to make healthy lifestyle choices through music, art, skill development and recreation.
Friendship Club
The Friendship Club provides a comprehensive, year-round program aimed at developing the whole girl.
Anew Day
Anew Day is a faith-based organization that provides healing and hope through lay counseling for those who are hurting.
NCAR Scholarships
NCAR believes in promoting higher education and offers high schools graduates that opportunity through our scholarship program.
