CARAVAN AND TOUR SCHEDULE

Marketing Session and Caravan Tours

Wednesday Marketing Sessions are held at NCAR in Esterly Hall located on the lower level of the NCAR building, as well as via Zoom. The session begins at 9:00 a.m. and Carvan hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

You must be a current NCAR member to participate in any of the tours.

Listings must be added to Prospector MetroList by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. There will be no exceptions to add a listing after this cutoff.

The listing must be added to the “MetroList Caravan Dates” caravan. Please make a note in comments, if the property is on the Caravan Tour ONLY and you will not be at the Marketing Session.

All Monday Caravan Meetings for the South County and Penn Valley/Lake Wildwood Tours are as follows:

Penn Valley/Lake Wildwood Caravan Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and are held at Buttermaker’s Cottage in Western Gateway Park located at 18560 Penn Valley Drive, Penn Valley, CA 95946. Listings must be added to the Penn Valley/Lake Wildwood caravan by 12:00 p.m. on Fridays.

South County Caravan Meetings are the 2nd Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and are held at the Higgins Lions Community Center located at 22490 East Hacienda Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95949. Listings must be added to the South County caravan by 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
