What is a Realtor
A real estate licensee is designated as a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), The Voice for Real Estate®, which is the world’s largest professional association.
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional as a member of NAR who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate licensees are Realtors®.
Why join the Nevada County Association of REALTORS® (NCAOR)?
NCAOR As a member, you are among the privileged agents who are able to use the National Association of REALTORS®’ professional registered trademark “REALTOR®”. The trademark denotes adherence to a strict code of ethics and professional conduct while upholding the highest real estate industry standards.
