AFFORDABLE HOUSING/EQUAL OPPORTUNITY – Reviews and recommends affordable housing and diversity assistance programs in support of sustaining our community and industry.
BYLAWS – Reviews and recommends amendments to the Association’s Bylaws and governing documents.
EDUCATION – Recommends and oversees educational programs, special speakers, and seminars.
FINANCE – Responsible for the ongoing review of the Association’s assets. Prepares the operating budget, reviews the quarterly financial reports and provides financial guidance.
LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS – Oversees Local Governmental Affairs. Reviews issues at the local, state and federal governmental levels. Promotes political advocacy and fundraising in support of issues affecting the real estate industry.
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE – Supervises the general operation of the Association’s MLS.
MEMBER BENEFITS/PROMOTION – Researches and recommends tools and services and member benefits at local, state & nat. level, store products, orientation, annual member mtg and promotion efforts in support of member recruitment and retention membership as well as educating the community on our mission and service.
ARBITRATION/ETHICS – The group of members from which the tribunals are selected to hear arbitration and disciplinary action matters. Prerequisite: one year on the Grievance Committee.
GRIEVANCE – Investigates and makes recommendations on the disposition of requests for disciplinary hearings and may initiate investigations for possible ethics violations.
SPECIAL EVENTS – Helps plan and coordinate events in support of our membership, industry and community partnerships (Installation, Member Breakfasts, Networking Events, Community Outreach Projects).
